ECHEMI platform will have different degrees of control over the joining of suppliers of polypeptide products and distribution of polypeptide products.

From now on, ECHEMI platform will strengthen the control and supervision of three products, Tirzepatide, Semaglutide, and Retatrutide, as well as their related finished drugs, and the relevant product catalog will be supplemented and notified later.

After submitting the relevant documents, user’s online shop can be verified successfully and then they can upload the related products.

2.Entry requirements

2.1 Product release requirements for existing suppliers of ECHEMI platform

2.1.1

Before February 9th, 2024, ECHEMI staff will contact the member suppliers who have uploaded the relevant products in the shop and sign the Commitment to Prohibit the sale of Finished Drugs on ECHEMI Platform with member suppliers.

2.1.2

Member suppliers involved in the operation of Tirzepatide, Semaglutide, and Retatrutide should provide the qualification certificates or Sales Authorization Letter of factories before February 9th, 2024. If the relevant documents are not provided, the relevant products in the shop will be forcibly removed from the ECHEMI platform.

2.1.3

4. What are the penalties for breaking the rules?

If you do not comply with our network publishing rules, it may lead to a series of penalties, such as the illegal information directly deleted, related categories of products are restricted to release, the right to use your account is temporary, permanently closed account no longer cooperation and so on.

5. Supplementary provisions

Any violation of the supplier that occurred before the effective date of this management specification shall be applicable to the specifications at that time.
