Company Information Maintenance
Note: All operations regarding company information maintenance need to be performed by the main account. sub-accounts cannot perform these operations.
After completing the modification of company basic information, company introduction, and company contact information, click "Submit" to save the changes.
Supplier authentication information cannot be modified by yourself once it has been submitted for authentication after registering your store as a supplier. If you need to change the authentication information, please contact platform customer service and submit the relevant materials for the platform to make the modifications.
After submitting the information, the ECHEMI system will review your information. The review process takes up to 24 hours on business days. Until the review is completed, you cannot make further modifications to the information. If you need to modify it again, you must wait for the review to be completed.
