Bulk Products Upload

Operation Guide:

A. Go to the homepage of www.echemi.com, enter your account and password to access the "User Center," and click on "My Online store" in the top-left corner to enter the store homepage.

B. Open the left-side menu and find "Product Management - Bulk Product Release."

C. Click on "1. Download Product Upload Template."

D. Open the downloaded spreadsheet.

Refer to the provided example and start filling in the product information to be uploaded starting from the seventh row (the fields highlighted in red are mandatory; if left blank or not filled in according to the example requirements, the spreadsheet upload will fail).

After completing the spreadsheet, go back to the bulk product release page in the user center and click on "2. Upload."

After successful upload, the products that pass the review will be placed in "Product List - To Be Improved," and you need to promptly complete the product information (follow the requirements for individually uploading product information).

If the bulk upload spreadsheet fails to upload, please download the "UploadProducts" file from "Upload Failed" and edit the bulk upload document again according to the reasons for the upload failure indicated in the file. Then, re-upload the document.

If the upload is successful again and passes the review, go to the "Product List - To Be Improved" page to complete the product information (follow the requirements for individually uploading product information).

About Product Listing Information Display:

After the product review and listing, the products will be displayed in the "Product Management" - "Product List" - "Displayed" section.

The number badge in the top right corner of the product image represents the number of photos uploaded for that particular product.

The "Action" on the far right of each product allows you to "Edit Product," "Publish Similar," "Preview Product," and "Delete."

Note: When you click on "Publish Similar," the system will automatically populate the attributes of that particular product.
