Single Product Upload

Operating Guide:

Ⅰ. Go to www.echemi.com and log in to the user center using your account and password. Click on "My Online Store" in the top left corner to access the system page.

Ⅱ. Open the left-side menu and find "Product Management -> Publish Product" to fill in the product information in detail.

Ⅲ. Product Information: How to Fill in & Notes:

1. Product Display Name (required): Provide a concise and clear description of the product, including relevant keywords, content, appearance, model, brand, etc. The length of the product name is recommended to be between 5 and 12 words to avoid excessive information. (Note: Contact information or irrelevant information should not be included).

2. Cas Numbers (required): The system will automatically extract the Cas Numbers based on the product display name. The Cas Numbers affects the matching of product search terms, allowing buyers to quickly find the published product. Each product corresponds to a unique Cas Numbers.

3. Product Keywords (required): Keywords affect the matching between the product and search terms. Please select and fill in words that are relevant to the uploaded product or have similar meanings.

4. Select Category (required): Please choose the corresponding category based on your product features and uses. If you are unsure about the category for your product, you can also choose "Common Category" or "Recommended Category" to view specific category classifications for products.

5. Set Tags (optional): You can set tags for your store's products to help buyers quickly locate the desired products when they enter your store. Multiple tags can be selected for a single product.

6. Packaging (required): Enter the packaging method of the product (e.g., 25kg/Cardboard Drum).

7. Content (optional): Fill in the percentage content based on the product attributes.

8. Appearance (optional): Enter the form of the product, such as "transparent liquid" for a transparent liquid product.

9. Model (optional): Fill in based on the product attributes.

10. Brand (optional): Fill in based on the product situation.

Ⅳ. Price Information:

1. Price Validity Period (required): The system defaults to one month. It is recommended that the price validity period does not exceed three months.

2. Trade Terms (required): EXW, FOB, etc.

3. Price Setting (required): Choose either a single range price or a fixed price based on the situation.

4. Price (required): Provide a reasonable price. Do not upload price values such as $1 or $999. If you choose a range price, the upper and lower limits of the range should not exceed 30% of the original price. (Products with price information may be displayed and ranked higher when buyers search for related products. The price must be genuine; otherwise, it may be rejected during review.)

5. Minimum Order Quantity (required): Fill in according to the product trading situation.

6. Sample (optional): Choose according to the product trading situation.

Ⅴ. Product Description:

1. Product Images (required):

1) Up to six product images can be uploaded.

2) The images should be clear, aesthetically pleasing, and represent the actual product.

3) The images should not contain any contact information in the form of text, QR codes, or watermarks, including but not limited to phone numbers, fax numbers, mobile numbers, WeChat IDs, emails, QQ numbers, Skype IDs, WhatsApp numbers, and company websites.

4) The recommended image size for display is 600*600 pixels.

2. Product Details (required):

1) Use clear and easily understandable language to describe the product's actual situation, highlighting its features and your company's information.

2) You can use the system's provided templates, but make sure to modify the default text to provide more detailed information and enhance buyers' interest and satisfaction in the product.

3) In the product details, you can include additional images such as product images and factory pictures to provide a richer representation of the product and increase buyers' interest and satisfaction.

4) Arrange the description in an organized and visually appealing manner to facilitate buyers' browsing and reading.

5) Do not include any contact information in the description, including phone numbers, fax numbers, mobile numbers, QR codes, WeChat IDs, emails, QQ numbers, Skype IDs, WhatsApp numbers, company websites, etc.

6) Up to 12 images can be uploaded for product details, and the text can have a maximum of 40,000 characters (uploading 12 images and having more than 5,000 characters in the text provides the best effect).

TDS File Upload: If available, upload the Technical Data Sheet (TDS) for the chemical product.

3. Certificate/Authentication: Provide truthful information regarding certificates or authentication based on the product's trading situation.

After completing all the required information, you can click on the "Check Product Score" on the right side to evaluate the product. You can view the reference score and identify areas for optimization based1. Concept

It is recommended to use the batch upload function when uploading more than 100 products at once.

After completing the information optimization and filling process, click on "Publish Product" to proceed to the product review and listing steps.

* Product submissions will be reviewed and completed within 24 hours (excluding non-working days)!
