- All quoted inquiries by the seller can be viewed in "My Online store" > "Inquiry Management" > "Quotation Follow-up" after a successful quotation.
- In this section, you can view the inquiry information and the buyer's contact information. You can also make secondary quotations and edit follow-up records.
